Dr. Genge’s introduction to chiropractic care began in childhood when she was very physically active, playing multiple sports. To perform at her athletic best, chiropractic care was essential. Dr. Genge’s passion for being active and helping others feel better made her decision to become a chiropractor a natural choice. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

In 2008, Dr. Abbott completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and went on to graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2013. He has proudly been a member of Active Health since 2015 and brings over 12 years of clinical experience to the Team. This past summer he was named to the 2025 Canada Games Medical Staff of which he states “was an incredible experience both personally and clinically”.

After working in the field, she was introduced to chiropractic care — and quickly discovered her true calling. She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where hands-on clinical experience confirmed her passion for helping people move and feel better.

Fallon has been practicing massage therapy since 2007, after completing a 2200 hour program at the College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Bedford, NS. She is currently registered and in good standing with the CMTNL and NLMTA, and is delighted to be practicing full time at Active Health Chiropractic.
